Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns for DTC and ecommerce brands. You’ll manage Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping, and testing pages, auditing accounts and defending your calls with the client.

Remote role requiring deep attribution knowledge, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS focus, and proficiency across GA4, GTM, and Shopify. You’ll own client relationships and drive scalable growth with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate with clients.
• Experience with attribution models and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them; present Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Know what PMax is doing and manage Google's automation.
• Own the feed and tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required pages or scripts.
