Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel for DTC and eCommerce clients. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, present results, and defend your decisions.

We work with around 50 brands, spend millions monthly across Meta and Google; you will analyze attribution, optimize PMax, feed health, and build landing pages. This role is remote and demands US Eastern hours.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs response campaigns.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Proficient English communication for client calls.
• Experience building or operating Shopify stores is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate channels.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded.
• Control Google automation and audit ad assets.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene and promotions.
• Own tracking via GA4, GTM, Shopify imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix them across funnel.
• Build landing pages and scripts; leverage AI to ship.
