Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the entire Google Ads funnel for a portfolio of DTC and eCommerce brands. This is a fully remote role with worldwide hiring; you will be the client’s main contact and responsible for strategy, execution, and reporting.

You will audit campaigns before touching them, differentiate between demand you created vs harvested, manage budgets from $5k monthly to six figures, and own feed, tracking, and landing pages.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Budgets run from $5k/mo to well into six figures a month.
• Audit before you touch anything: campaign structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding strategy, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing; separate branded vs non-branded insights.

• Own the client relationship; you present results, the plan, and defend your calls.
• Audit and review accounts before engagements; Loom walkthroughs for clients.
• Own feed and Merchant Center hygiene, promotions, and how they affect Shopping and PMax.

• Build landing pages or scripts as needed to remove constraints and improve performance.
