Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC/eCommerce accounts, and you will speak directly with clients, present the results, and defend the plan.

You audit accounts before touching them, manage Brand vs. Non-brand, and optimize PMax. You will own feed and tracking, build landing pages, and drive incremental growth with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Experience presenting to clients and owning outcomes.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship and present results, plan and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with a real review and Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate from incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit for them regularly.
• Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and promos.
• Own the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build needed assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
• Build landing pages and testing assets; be comfortable with AI tools.
