Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Growth Strategist for Google Ads, fully remote (LATAM). You will own client accounts end to end, from onboarding to reporting, and defend your attribution decisions with data.

You will build AI-enabled workflows and coordinate cross-channel growth strategies for DTC brands. You will work directly with clients during US Eastern hours, shaping strategy, tracking, and optimization across Search, Shopping, and YouTube, while maintaining strong feed and landing-page

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend, including Shopping and PMax.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Experience auditing accounts and defending optimization decisions.
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools for workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and tracking before changes.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Lead attribution discussions and defend NC-CPA/NC-ROAS approaches.
• Communicate updates and outcomes directly with clients.
