Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, speak directly with clients, and defend your decisions with data.

You will audit accounts, coordinate across GA4/GTM, and build or refine landing pages and scripts to drive incremental growth. Remote work is supported with US-friendly hours.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with real spend and results.
• Fluent client-facing communication and storytelling.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4/GTM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthrough.
• Separate brand vs non-brand and report them distinctly.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and manage its impact.
• Own the feed, promotions, and Shopping delivery.
• Own GA4/GTM tracking and conversions across accounts.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes on pages, offers, and tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
