Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end, from sourcing demand to conversion, with direct client accountability. You’ll manage multi-million monthly spends, focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, and build landing pages and tracking to drive measurable growth.

You’ll work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, across Meta and Google, and coordinate directly with clients during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads management with sizeable spend and clear CPA/ROAS impact.
Ability to own and communicate account strategy directly with clients.
Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integration for end-to-end funnel tracking.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
Audit campaigns and accounts before touching anything; provide Loom walkthroughs.
Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
Understand PMax and separate branded vs non-branded performance.
Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto-suggestions.
Own the product feed, promotions, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports) and resolve data gaps.
Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, and landing pages.
Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
