Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who owns client accounts end-to-end, from strategy through execution. You will articulate the impact of demand created versus demand harvested, defend attribution choices, and optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

You’ll work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, owning the entire funnel, feeds, tracking, and creative testing. You will collaborate directly with clients, present results, run calls, and ensure campaigns deliver

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and ability to explain CPA/ROAS results.
• Fluent across the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GA4/GTM, Merchant Center.
• Able to build/ship a landing page or other assets using AI tools.
• Strong client communication, ownership mindset, and data-driven story-telling.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and be the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything, reviewing structure, terms, tracking and feed health.
• Run brand and non-brand strategies as distinct businesses with separate reporting.
• Understand PMax activity and separate branded from non-branded performance.
• Maintain control over feed and tracking implementations across platforms.
• Build or enable assets and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve results.
