Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Growth Strategist/Google Ads Media Buyer who owns client campaigns from setup to optimization. You will be the direct point of contact, defend decisions, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes with full accountability.

You will own the feed, tracking, and landing pages, and you will build or deploy assets as needed while collaborating with a remote, worldwide team.

Competenze

• Experience running Google Ads campaigns for DTC/eCommerce with measurable results.
• Ability to own accounts end-to-end and be client-facing.
• Strong understanding of attribution and ROAS optimization.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and primary client contact.
• Audit overviews and present findings to clients via Loom walk-throughs.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate growth streams.
• Understand and optimize PMax, with attention to incremental CAC.
• Manage feed, tracking, and landing page alignment to improve performance.
• Develop and deploy landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
