Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns from setup to optimization. You will manage budgets, run Brand and Non-Brand strategies, and defend your decisions in client calls, all while maintaining a data-driven focus on incremental growth.

You will optimize feeds, tracking, and creative, with a bias toward NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, and collaborate with a flexible, output-driven team across time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads for DTC/ecommerce with demonstrable CPA/ROAS outcomes.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans, results, and reasoning directly.
• Experience auditing accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking, and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC Google Ads accounts end-to-end; you are the client contact and the face of results.
• Audit overviews before touching accounts; deliver Loom walkthroughs to explain findings and recommendations.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct business lines and measure incremental impact.
• Evaluate PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded activity for optimization.
• Own feed and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals; ensure data accuracy).
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting as needed to remove bottlenecks.
