Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Growth Marketer (Media Buying + Creative Strategy) for paid social campaigns in e-commerce and personal brands. The role splits across creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication, each roughly a third of the workload.

You will research audiences, craft hooks and copy, manage campaigns, and explain results to clients in plain terms. Remote-first with flexible scheduling and a growing team of around 20.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that speaks to the scrolling person
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering what works
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL
• Comfort driving own projects and reporting progress to clients

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes from Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, from audience targeting to budget allocation
• Read CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA/CPL to identify which creative performs best and why
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the client
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and keep documentation current between calls
