Job summary

HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, seeks a hands-on General Manager focused on marketing, ecommerce, and profitable growth. This role is remote from LATAM with Toronto-hours collaboration and potential relocation to the US or Canada by mutual agreement.

You will divide time between running HoopStars and building/leading the parent company Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands. Strong English and remote leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in paid acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Experience building and leading a marketing team.
• Ability to translate ecommerce into service business with real delivery capacity.

Responsibilities

• Run HoopStars business plan, budgets, revenue and profitability.
• Build and lead the parent marketing team across brands.
• Own marketing investments, reporting and customer experience.
