• Hands-on General Manager with strong marketing, ecommerce and growth track record.

Responsibilities

• Run HoopStars: own business plan, budget, revenue, profitability and cash forecasts.
• Drive digital growth: improve paid search/social, creative, landing pages, enrollment funnels and retention.
• Build the parent marketing team: define structure, recruit specialists, and manage cross-brand priorities.
• Establish operational excellence and measurable performance across the organisation.
