Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist with proven experience managing DTC and ecommerce accounts. You will own the full funnel—from feed to conversion tracking—and speak directly with clients to explain plans and results.

You will optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, build landing pages, and harness GA4/GTM. Remote role with US Eastern hours required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money and measurable results.
• Fluent English communication with clients and internal teams.
• Experience across Shopping, PMax and brand/non-brand campaigns.
• Willing to work US Eastern hours, remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end and be the client contact.
• Audit campaigns, feed health, landing pages and conversion tracking.
• Coordinate across Search, Shopping, PMax and YouTube campaigns.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
