Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who owns the end-to-end Google Ads funnel for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, presenting results, plans, and rationale, and you will own the full funnel from feed to conversion tracking.

You will work with a global client base, run on YouTube, PMax, and Shopping, and build landing pages and scripts as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and revenue impact
• Experience owning client relationships and presenting plans

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax impact and separate branded vs. non-branded volumes.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and how feed affects Shopping and PMax.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build needed assets (landing pages, scripts, dashboards).
• Be proactive in building systems and leveraging AI tools to scale.
