Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, from onboarding to reporting, and you will directly communicate with clients.

You will audit campaigns, manage budgets from $5k to six figures monthly, optimize for PMax/GA4/GTM, and defend your attribution approach. You’ll work remotely with clients across time zones, focusing on measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce with clear ROI storytelling.
• Ability to audit accounts and present actionable findings to clients.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental testing.
• Comfort with owning client relationships and speaking with decision-makers.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Shopping, and PMax performance signals.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before changes: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand campaigns as separate business units and report separately.
• Own feed and tracking integration across Merchant Center, GA4, and Shopify.
• Defend attribution choices and optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• Be available for client calls during US Eastern business hours; work remotely.
