Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client funnels end-to-end from ads to landing pages and tracking. This remote role requires owning client communication during US Eastern business hours and delivering on ROI metrics for multiple DTC brands.

You will audit and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube, manage feeds and conversion tracking, and build landing pages with AI tools. Strong attribution defense is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and proven CPA/ROAS results.
• Fluent in English; comfortable presenting to clients and defending decisions.
• Ability to own the client relationship and act as the single point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; walk clients through findings via Loom.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand as separate campaigns; manage Feed, GA4, GTM, and tracking.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash; build landing pages and scripts as needed.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
