Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end management for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce accounts. This remote role requires owning the client relationship, crafting strategy, and presenting results directly to clients.

You will audit, optimize, and defend attribution frameworks across Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, and Landing pages while coordinating with the rest of the team. Expect strong ownership and fast iteration with real budgets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in English for client communication.
• Ability to own audit, strategy, and client updates.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit campaigns before touching anything; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing; separate branded vs incremental volume; defend targets.
• Own the feed and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and fix bottlenecks.
