Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own a set of DTC accounts end to end. You’ll be the client’s direct point of contact, deliver updates, run calls, and defend your decisions with data.

You will manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and analytics, audit campaigns before touch, and build the landing pages and tracking needed to move the numbers. Remote role, US Eastern hours required.

Qualifications

• Audit campaign structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with branded vs non-branded campaigns and PMax.
• Direct client communication and results presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship; you present results and defend decisions.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and walk clients through findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded volume.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto features.
• Own feed and Merchant Center hygiene, promotions, and how they affect Shopping.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build solutions: landing pages, scripts, etc.
• Build and ship landing pages and tracking to remove constraints.
