Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end, from strategy and execution to direct client communication. You will defend attribution and drive incremental growth across DTC brands, with a focus on brand vs. non-brand strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have managed Google Ads with real budgets and shown CPA/ROAS results.
• Fluent English communication with clients.
• Able to own and defend attribution models and holdouts.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauls of campaigns, structure, and tracking before touching anything.
• Run brand and non-brand segments as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Own the feed — Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, and promotions.
• Own the tracking stack (GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations) and ensure data integrity.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout, then fix them.
