Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC brands. You will talk to clients directly, present results and plans, and defend your decisions with data.

The role requires owning the full funnel from feeds to conversion tracking, with deep expertise in PMax, Shopping, and YouTube. You will work remotely with teams worldwide, taking client calls during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Own end-to-end Google accounts and client relationships.
• Experience with PMax, YouTube, Shopping and landing page tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, health checks.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report separately.
• Ensure proper tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions.
• Own feed hygiene and Merchant Center; optimize landing pages and tests.
• Communicate clearly in English with clients and defend your decisions.
