Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own client campaigns end-to-end. You will audit, optimize, and defend your decisions in client calls, owning the entire funnel from feeds to landing pages and conversions.

You will work with DTC/eCommerce brands, focusing on measurable CPA/ROAS improvements, and collaborate across Shopify, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center, and PMax. Flexible, remote worldwide, with US hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with CPA/ROAS metrics and explaining changes.
• Fluent in English for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google Ads accounts end-to-end, as strategist, buyer and primary client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feeds, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage Brand and Non-brand campaigns as separate units with clear reporting.
• Track PMax performance and differentiate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Own feed and tracking setup (Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports).
• Present results and defend decisions in client calls, and take accountability for outcomes.
