Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience for DTC brands.
• Fluent English communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Experience with Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Curiosity about technical aspects: feed management, GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads accounts end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization and budgets.
• Develop profit-focused advertising strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Optimize shopping feeds with feed management collaboration.
• Conduct creative testing and implement structured testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance beyond in-platform metrics and translate insights to actions.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency, and profitability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Communicate developments and recommendations to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain detailed notes and seek feedback during strategy discussions.
• Drive ownership of results and continuously refine approaches through experimentation.
