Job summary

Paired is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end paid media for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will manage Google channels, YouTube, and Shopping, defend decisions in client calls, and own attribution strategy.

You will build landing pages, track performance with GA4 and GTM, and push for incremental growth with NC-CPA/NC-ROAS thinking. We hire globally and require US Eastern hours for client calls, with performance-driven culture and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Direct client communication and accountability for results.
• Ability to audit accounts and present findings to clients.
• Knowledge of PMax, brand vs non-brand strategy, and attribution models.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding strategies, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Analyze PMax performance and distinguish branded vs non-branded impact.
• Build or ship landing pages and scripts as needed.
