Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the client contact, lead audits, and optimize across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax, while guiding attribution and growth strategies.

You can work remotely from anywhere, with client calls during US Eastern hours; strong communication and ownership are essential for success and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real spend.
• Ability to prove impact with CPA/ROAS metrics.
• Fluent in English for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Perform audits: structure, keywords, negatives, bids, and tracking.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand campaigns and measure incremental impact.
• Optimize PMax with awareness of branded vs non-branded contributions.
• Own feed, product data quality, and conversion tracking.
