Sweat Pants Agency is looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the end-to-end Google Ads lifecycle for DTC/eCommerce clients. You will directly interact with clients, present results and defend decisions.

You will own the entire funnel, including feed, tracking, and landing pages, and work with AI tools to build scalable solutions. You must be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours for calls, and able to operate remotely from anywhere.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS with real changes made.
• Experience owning client relationships and presenting results.

Mansioni

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end.
• Communicate directly with clients and lead calls.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately.
• Understand what PMax is actually delivering and adjust accordingly.
• Own feed, tracking, and creative assets to improve performance.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
