Job summary

High Scale is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end from strategy to execution. You will manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, optimize ROAS, and own attribution decisions.

This role is remote, with client calls aligned to US Eastern hours, and involves direct client collaboration. We expect hands-on experience with DTC/eCommerce spend, GA4/GTM proficiency, and the ability to build landing pages or scripts as needed to move

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and clear performance proof.
• Expertise across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, plus GA4/GTM.
• Native-level English communication for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report results distinctly.
• Own feed health, tracking, and creative testing; build necessary assets.
• Explain attribution clearly and defend approach to clients.
• Build or iterate landing pages and scripts as required.
• Take client calls during US Eastern business hours.
