Right Hook Digital is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will communicate results directly to clients, defend decisions, and drive growth with a strong attribution mindset.

You will manage feed, tracking, and landing pages, optimize campaigns across PMax, Search, and Shopping, and collaborate remotely with a global team. US Eastern hours for calls are required.

Qualifikationen

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit for campaigns: structure, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded volume.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto features.
• Own the feed, merchandising, and Shopping delivery implications.
• Own the tracking stack: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages and scripts when needed; AI tools are used.

• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, tracking, and landing pages.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand campaigns and report separately.
• Explain attribution and defend NC-CPA/NC-ROAS targets.
• Monitor PMax effectiveness and separate branded impact.
• Manage feed health and Merchant Center duties.
• Maintain robust tracking via GA4 and GTM across Shopify.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement fixes across funnel stages.
