Paired is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client campaigns end-to-end for DTC brands. This role is remote, global, and requires you to connect with clients during US Eastern business hours. You will own budgets, optimize performance, and defend your decisions with data.

You will audit accounts, manage Search, Shopping, YouTube and PMax, build landing pages or scripts as needed, and report outcomes with clear narratives. Prior agency experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience managing significant Google Ads spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to audit campaigns and present plans to clients.
• Comfort owning the entire funnel and proving impact.

• Audit accounts and produce Loom walkthroughs for clients.
• Define attribution approach and measure NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
