Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own full lifecycle Google accounts for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, responsible for strategy, execution, and outcomes.

You will audit, optimize, and report on CPAs, ROAS, and revenue impact, while maintaining control over feed, tracking, and creative testing. Strong English, data-driven thinking, and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, YouTube campaigns.
• Ability to defend attribution choices with data.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and walk clients through findings.
• Treat brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Understand PMax dynamics and incremental CAC vs brand signals.
• Limit reliance on automated Google recommendations and optimize actively.
• Own feed health, product data, and merchant center hygiene.
• Own tracking implementation across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
