Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end from strategy to reporting. This remote role requires the ability to articulate attribution-driven decisions and prove growth for DTC/eCommerce brands.

You will audit, optimize, and defend your approach with clients, owning outcomes and driving incremental ROAS. You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, refine feeds and tracking, and collaborate across landing pages, Shopping,

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
Ability to measure true impact beyond vanity metrics (attribution, incremental lift).
Comfort communicating results and strategy directly with clients.

Responsibilities

Own a set of Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including strategy, execution, reporting, and client updates.
Conduct audits of campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking before touching accounts.
Differentiate brand vs. non-brand efforts and optimize PMax and other assets with governance on holdouts and attribution.
Own the feed, merchant center hygiene, promotions, and how feed changes affect Shopping and PMax.
Communicate clearly in English with clients; defend recommendations and own outcomes.
