Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own a diverse set of DTC/eCommerce accounts, from the initial audit to full execution across Google Ads, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, while serving as the direct client contact.

You will craft strategy, defend your attribution choices, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes. The role emphasizes ownership, rapid iteration, and seamless collaboration with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend across DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships, present results, plan, and defend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of client accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and primary contact.
• Perform audits of campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking; walkthrough findings via Loom video.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear performance reporting.
• Oversee feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and landing page quality to maximize Shopping & PMax delivery.
• Take ownership of attribution approaches and defend your methods to clients.
