Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Accounts across DTC and ecommerce brands. You will communicate results directly to clients, audit campaigns, and own attribution strategies, with a focus on NC-CPA/NC-ROAS and incremental growth.

You’ll manage brand and non-brand campaigns, optimize PMax, and build landing pages and tracking systems. Remote worldwide, with US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, showing CPA/ROAS results.
• Excellent English for client-facing communication.
• Experience with Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube.
• GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, page health, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and set targets accordingly.
• Keep Google's automation on a leash and audit auto features.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene and promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports.
• Build needed assets: landing pages, scripts, reporting frameworks.
