Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts and act as the client's direct point of contact. You will audit, optimize, and defend strategy across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns from a remote location.

You can live anywhere; we hire worldwide and require availability for US Eastern hours. Strong focus on attribution, NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, and proactive landing-page optimization are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with real money spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to audit accounts, structure, and tracking before touching campaigns.
• Strong communication with clients and ability to present plans and results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client liaison. Budgets range from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary, present results and defend decisions.
• Audit and review accounts before changes, including structure, terms, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses and report separately.
• Understand PMax performance and separation from branded activity.
• Keep Google automation in check and own feed, tracking, and landing page quality.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting tools.
