Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will communicate directly with clients, audit campaigns, and drive measurable growth using a data-driven attribution mindset.

You will manage Brand and Non-Brand strategies, supervise feeds and tracking, and build assets to remove bottlenecks. This role requires US Eastern hours and strong English communication.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads for DTC/ecommerce with measurable results.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.
• Strong analytical approach to attribution and ROAS optimization.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand/non-brand strategy.
• Comfort building or integrating landing pages and tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, neg terms, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate streams.
• Explain attribution and defend optimization decisions.
• Own the feed, merchant center hygiene, and product data.
• Own tracking with GA4, GTM, and conversions.
• Identify bottlenecks and build needed assets and scripts.
