Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will be the direct client contact, defend your decisions, and own the entire funnel—from Feed and Merchant Center to conversion tracking and landing pages.

You will focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS, and be comfortable presenting results and plans to clients. You must be able to take client calls during US Eastern business hours, work remotely, and build scalable growth frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit before you touch anything: review campaign structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as different businesses; report separately to measure incremental impact.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and feed impact on Shopping and PMax.
