Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will communicate directly with clients, defend strategic decisions, and drive measurable growth via paid media, analytics, and landing-page improvements.

We operate remotely with global candidates and require availability for US Eastern hours. The role emphasizes ownership, results, and independent work rather than clocked time.

Formación

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures a month.
• Audit every takeover: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, landing pages, tracking.
• Brand vs non-brand should be tracked separately and optimized differently.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and when to hold back.
• You can take client calls during US Eastern hours; remote worldwide.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end; you are the client contact.
• Present results, plan, and reasoning; defend your decisions.
• Run audits and walkthrough Looms to show findings and justify moves.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses.
• Evaluate and optimize Feed, Merchant Center, landing pages, and tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
