Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns remotely. You will manage Google Ads, YouTube, and related assets, and defend the strategy directly with clients.

You’ll audit accounts, optimize attribution, and coordinate with creative and tech teams to drive NC-CPA and NC-ROAS growth for 50 DTC/ecommerce brands, with autonomy and client-facing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords vs search terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate lines of business and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google’s automation on a leash by auditing auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and Shopping impact.
