Assetara Limited is seeking a Recruiter for a remote, global role. You will source candidates, present opportunities, conduct first-stage interviews, and coordinate applicants with hiring managers.

You will develop knowledge of Assetara, its products, values, and recruitment materials to accurately represent the company to candidates. Strong communication and English skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR or talent acquisition is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working English for internal communication; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to learn Company information thoroughly and communicate it accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.
• Company Knowledge: Complete onboarding and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s business, products, values, recruitment standards, and approved communications.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company’s approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.
