Huzzle.com is looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process entirely remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency recruitment background, capable of conducting high-volume sourcing using advanced techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

This role requires excellent communication and candidate management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of agency recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing.
• Negotiate offers and drive candidates to placement.
