Hire Feed is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, from sourcing to onboarding, in a remote-first environment.

You will source and screen candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The role emphasizes strong communication, candidate engagement, and market-driven hiring criteria.

Formación

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment for software development/IT roles.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, collecting structured feedback.
• Manage candidate communications and maintain organized records in ATS.
• Partner with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria based on market trends.
