Pro Coffee Gear is seeking a People Operations & Development Lead to design, manage, and improve hiring, onboarding, and development. You’ll be the operational backbone of our talent processes, applying the WHO method to build a data-driven, scalable people function.

The role blends strategic HR, development, and operations, collaborating with leadership to drive the full employee lifecycle from interviews to ongoing growth, performance reviews, and compliant HR processes.

Formación

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR, or Talent Development.
• Deep familiarity with the WHO Hiring Method and scorecard-based hiring.
• Experience designing onboarding programs and performance management systems.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the WHO hiring process from scorecards to interviews.
• Create end-to-end onboarding workflows and milestones.
• Establish performance reviews, feedback, and growth planning.
• Manage HR operations and ensure policy compliance.
