Carazo Enterprise SL seeks a senior, hands-on Head of International HR & Recruitment to own and build the global HR function. You will architect the department, systems, and team, reporting to senior leadership across several jurisdictions.

You’ll design the org, end-to-end recruitment, HRIS/ATS, onboarding/offboarding programs, and KPI frameworks. Remote work is offered with leadership across time zones and measurable impact.

Formación

• International recruiting experience in EU or USA (min 5 years).
• Proven experience managing and leading a team.
• Hands-on experience managing an HRIS (HR information system).
• Hands-on experience managing an ATS (applicant tracking system).
• Experience creating training programs for onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience creating and managing KPIs for HR/recruitment teams.
• English at C1 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Design the entire international HR & recruitment structure across jurisdictions.
• Build end-to-end recruitment system: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Select, implement and manage the core HR tech stack (HRIS and ATS).
• Create onboarding and offboarding training programs and process docs.
• Define, implement and enforce a KPI framework for the team.
• Lead and scale a distributed team across countries/time zones.
