Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own a set of DTC Google accounts, manage client relationships directly, and defend strategic decisions with data.

You will audit campaigns, optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and own feed and tracking. Strong English, real-money PPC experience, and willingness to work US hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to present results, plans and reasoning to clients.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax, not just search.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC Google accounts from end to end.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, health, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and how to use holdouts.
• Keep Google's automation under control and audit auto suggestions.
• Own feed quality in Merchant Center and product data.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and ensure data reconciliation.
• Develop and ship landing pages and scripts as needed.
