Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will talk to clients directly, present updates, defend decisions, and be the primary owner of outcomes.

You will manage DTC and eCommerce campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Shopping, optimize attribution, and coordinate landing pages and feeds to maximize NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. This role offers global remote work with US East hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with significant spend.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Ability to defend attribution viewpoints.
• Proficiency with GA4/GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of DTC accounts from strategy to execution.
• Lead client calls and present results and plans.
• Audit accounts before changes and document findings.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately.
• Tune PMax, Shopping, and landing pages for incremental growth.
