Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for a portfolio of DTC and eCommerce brands. You will manage clients directly, audit early, and defend your decisions with clear results.

Work remotely worldwide with calls during US Eastern hours. You will own the feed, Merchant Center, and all related campaigns, including brand and non-brand, and you will optimize against incremental metrics rather than last-click signals.

Qualifications

• > Audit campaigns and account structure across clients.
• > Review keywords, negatives, bidding, impressions, feed health, landing pages, and tracking.
• > Separate brand vs non-brand performance for clear reporting.
• > Understand PMax impact and attribution models.
• > Maintain control over automation and asset recommendations.
• > Own feed hygiene and Shopping performance.

Responsibilities

• > Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• > Conduct audits before touching any account and present Loom walkthroughs.
• > Manage brand and non-brand as separate businesses with distinct targets.
• > Monitor PMax activity and ensure proper attribution.
• > Keep Google automation under control and review auto recommendations.
• > Own the product feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and related campaigns.
