Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end DTC campaigns for multiple brands. You will manage client relationships, present results, defend decisions, and drive incremental growth with PMax, Shopping, and YouTube strategies.

We value attribution clarity, NC-CPA focus, and hands-on automation. You can work from anywhere with US Eastern calls; performance is measured by outcomes, not clock time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to discuss CPA, ROAS, and changes implemented.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax.
• Own client relationships and end-to-end campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts before touching anything (structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, health).
• Own the full funnel: feed, Merchant Center, landing pages, tracking.
• Communicate results and defend decisions to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns; report them separately.
