Mercor is seeking a Talent Success advocate to help millions of users with our AI-powered interview and onboarding platform. You will triage bugs, reproduce issues, and work with engineering to fix frontend and backend problems. You will maintain a friendly, professional tone in English and provide precise guidance.

This is a remote role with a 6-day work week and substantial overlap with Pacific Time hours, requiring energy and clear communication to support our global talent network.

Formación

• Ability to debug web applications and triage issues end-to-end.
• Experience building modern web apps (React, Node, Flask, Next.js).
• 2–5 years' experience supporting customers on web apps.
• Comfortable with AI systems and language models.
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompts, and agent frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end and reproduce bugs.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and queries.
• Triage issues and provide guidance or configuration fixes.
• Surface patterns and risks to engineering/product leadership.
• Create documentation and runbooks to speed resolutions.
• Communicate with precision, empathy, and professionalism.
