Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a fast-growing SaaS company operating in the construction permitting space. This 100% remote position focuses on helping customers navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth user experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in tech support, strong analytical skills, and experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools. A modem remote setup and excellent communication in English are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in customer-facing tech support.
• Fluent English required, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM is highly valued.
• Ability to demo platforms and explain features clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup issues.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
• Investigate issues and identify root causes; escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and follow SLA guidelines.
• Meet performance targets for call resolution and satisfaction.
