Job summary

Lilt AI is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote position. In this role you will assist contractors with the SaaS platform, guide them through workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues over the phone.

You will conduct platform demonstrations, learn new tools, maintain accurate CRM records, and aim to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, or CRM systems
• Experience delivering platform demos or software walkthroughs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a proactive ownership mindset
• Excel proficiency and comfort with spreadsheets
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup issues
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows and processes
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs of key features
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, determine best action
• Own issues from first contact to resolution and escalate when needed
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction
